No. Orders are placed in packs. These packs have a minimum number of products included, but you can add individual products to your pack to complete it according to your needs.

Not at the moment, we only sell in our online shop. If you wish to smell each scent, you can buy the “Discovery Kit” where you can discover our 8 fragrances.

In The Wedding Scent we use soy wax. Conventional candles are usually made with paraffin wax which comes from petroleum, an unsustainable material. Soy wax is an environmentally friendly product in the candle industry that is derived from plants. Its combustion does not pose any health risks, nor does it increase toxicity, as it does not raise CO2 or soot levels. Our soy candles burn slowly, as opposed to conventional petroleum-derived candles. In addition, we do not use phthalates to enhance the aromas.

At The Wedding Scent we work on each order meticulously in our workshop. Each order is handcrafted in Spain. That is why you should bear in mind that it can take between 5 and 6 weeks to reach you. Our candles need 4 or 5 weeks to mature and reach their optimum state from the moment they are crafted. Once they are finished and have reached maturity, the order takes 24/48 hours to arrive. The Discovery Set will be delivered within 24/48 hours in Spain. If you live abroad, the order will arrive within 5 days depending on your city or country.

Send an email indicating the order number, the problem and photographs of the damaged products to our email address: hello@theweddingscent.es. Once received, we will respond as soon as possible.

Yes, it is possible to return it within 15 days of receipt, as long as it has not been tampered with and all the products are in perfect condition. To do this you must send an email to hello@theweddingscent.es with the order number and the reason for return. The order will be returned in its entirety, returns of individual products will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return.

At The Wedding Scent, we dispatch our orders internationally through DHL’s air courier service. For our national shipments within Spain, we collaborate with GLS. Orders are estimated to arrive within approximately 48 hours of leaving our workshop, to any national territory.
